Overview
Tim counsels general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and design professionals on all aspects of construction law. He is an experienced litigator, representing clients in construction litigation matters throughout the state and federal courts of New Jersey. Tim has significant experience litigating construction lawsuits arising out of design claims.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Tim was an associate at a prominent national firm where his practice focused on defending design professionals in professional liability matters. He also completed a fellowship with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General – Financial Crimes Unit where he investigated and prosecuted white-collar crimes.
