Venroy handles a wide range of corporate and finance matters including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings and business restructurings. He partners with his clients to navigate their growth strategies and counsel them throughout the business life cycle from providing advice on legal structuring, serving as outside general counsel and guiding them through the acquisition or disposition of their businesses.
Throughout his career as a law firm partner in Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, Venroy has advised clients operating in various industries including government contracting, IT, manufacturing, hospitality and logistics.
Additionally, he draws on his experience to represent real estate developers with regards to financing transactions, and other commercial matters.
Venroy is one of the founders of Baltimore Young Professionals and serves on several boards of community organizations including KIPP Baltimore, Park Heights Renaissance, Grace Medical Center and Sinai Hospital.
