Marian serves as a trusted business advisor to clients of all sizes, counseling them through the stages of the corporate lifecycle. Businesses rely on him to handle their financing matters, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, workouts, and creditor and debtor issues. Clients also turn to Marian for assistance with other corporate matters such as negotiating and drafting governance documents, the formation of entities, the purchase and sale of businesses, including third party and intergenerational transfers, and business litigation. He works closely with the firm’s Construction Group to counsel clients on day-to-day business issues with a focus on business succession planning and generational planning.
