Lisa Wampler will sit on a panel for an Allegheny County Bar Association CLE on the various impacts that COVID-19 has had on the construction industry as well as the practice of construction law. She will discuss certain contractual provisions and project/claim scenarios from the perspectives of a project owner, general contractor, and subcontractor. Other segments of the CLE include:
- A discussion on how to prepare for COVID-related construction disputes.
- A presentation regarding virtual mediations and arbitrations of construction disputes.
This program is organized by Cohen Seglias partner Lori Azzara. The CLE has been approved for three hours of Substantive CLE credit in Pennsylvania and also qualifies for three hours of credit under the West Virginia Rules for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education.
