Temple University Tyler School of Art: Conflicts in Land Use Planning Guest Lecture

On October 7, Cohen Seglias partner Jim Harker returned to Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture to guest lecture as part of the City and Regional Planning and Community Development‘s Land Use Planning course. Drawing on his extensive experience in construction and real estate law, Jim spoke with students about the legal framework governing land use and zoning and how these issues intersect with community planning and development.
