Our Washington, DC Managing Partner Paul Thaler presented at The Society for College and University Planning’s 2016 Mid-Atlantic Conference. He convened a session on Thursday, March 31st at 2:45 pm to discuss reviving shelved restoration and combating facilities challenges in higher education.
Are you using integrated strategic planning to help you and your institution prepare for a future about which we are less and less certain?
Attendees joined their colleagues on the beautiful campus of the University of Delaware from March 30–April 1, 2016, as higher education leaders from across the region shared how they are preparing for the unexpected.
Guests learned how important resiliency—managing risk, adaptation, and recovery—is as your institution faces increasing costs, budget cuts, declining enrollments, natural disasters, on-campus violence, and reputational threats.
Leaders also shared how technology is changing teaching, learning, and social interactions in ways we never expected.
