Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC has opened an office in Morristown, New Jersey, its second in the Garden State and 10th nationally.
The new office complements the firm’s Newark, New Jersey, location and expands client services in North Jersey, while its attorneys also support the firm’s statewide and national practices, Cohen Seglias said in an announcement on Wednesday.
Firm managing partner Steve M. Williams, who is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group, told Law360 Pulse on Friday that Cohen Seglias opened the Morristown office to meet client demand.
“We saw a need,” Williams said. “We have some clients primarily based in Morristown, and we see potential for growth for the client base there.”
The office will be led by Carolyn N. Daly, who is also managing partner of the Newark office. Daly and the other six attorneys in the Newark office will now split time in the Morristown location.
