The firm announced that it signed a lease in early 2024 and completed its move to the FNB Financial Center in February 2025. The building opened in December 2024 with the arrival of anchor tenant F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) and has been certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Buccini Pollin Group, Inc. served as the lead developer on FNB Financial Center, which includes amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large-scale conference center, a ground-floor coffee bar, public plazas, and a tenant-only terrace and dining area.
“We are proud to be a part of this redevelopment project and believe that our new space is reflective of our continued commitment to growing our presence in Pittsburgh,” said Christopher Carusone, managing partner of Cohen Seglias’ Pittsburgh office. “We commend the design and construction professionals, engineers and investors who have made this project possible, focusing on revitalizing the city’s central business district while prioritizing sustainability.”
Cohen Seglias established its Pittsburgh office in 2003 and has grown to more than 85 attorneys in 9 locations, building longstanding relationships with regional and national businesses in construction, real estate, financial services and other industries.
FNB Financial Center is part of a partnership between public and private entities, community organizations, F.N.B. Corporation and the Pittsburgh Penguins, all of which worked to ensure that the construction included participation by minority-owned and women-owned businesses. The project broke ground in late 2021, topped off its 26th story in May 2023, and opened in December 2024.
