In a recent Tribune-Review article, Cohen Seglias attorney Joshua Bonn shared his perspective on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision regarding whether public officials’ personal social media posts are subject to the state’s open-records law.
“Joshua Bonn, an attorney who regularly argues open-records cases, followed the Penncrest matter closely. They shouldn’t be allowed to do that in secret.’”
