PSP Announce Body-Worn Camera Rollout

Cohen Seglias partner, Joshua Bonn, was recently featured in a news segment discussing public access to police body camera footage. “I don’t think that there’s any question that Pennsylvania’s law is more strict than laws in other states where it seems body camera footage is released routinely through public records,” he explained, highlighting the stricter standards governing the release of footage under Pennsylvania law compared to other states.
