APC/PennDOT/PA Turnpike Fall Seminar: Unveiling the Courtroom Chessboard—Legal Advocacy for and Against a General Contractor

At the 2024 APC/PennDOT/PA Turnpike Fall Seminar, Cohen Seglias partners Jennifer Budd and Anthony Bottenfield will take attendees into the courtroom where attorneys for a subcontractor, general contractor, and engineer of record will argue factual and legal positions concerning scope of work issues, differing site conditions, and project delays. The audience will participate in this interactive presentation by responding to questions via text message following the presentation of an issue, similar to what a judge or jury would have to decide.
