Cohen Seglias Welcomes Its 2025 Summer Associate Class
Cohen Seglias is excited to welcome its 2025 Summer Associate Class, joining us from law schools across the region. Damaris Gimenez, Maiya Groff, Kayla Papale, and Alexander Palka are based in our Philadelphia office, while Anna Pierratos is joining us in our New York office.
The summer associate program plays a key role in our approach to recruiting and developing future attorneys. Each year, we welcome top-performing law students into our 12-week program, where they gain firsthand experience at a full-service law firm. Summer associates are introduced to a variety of legal practices and work closely with attorneys across the firm. They are paired with dedicated mentors who provide guidance and help manage their assignments throughout the program. The program offers practical, real-world training through substantive work on active client matters. Participants also participate in CLE sessions, networking lunches with attorneys, and firm-sponsored social events.
Damaris Gimenez is a student at Temple University Beasley School of Law and is returning for her second summer with the firm. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University.
Maiya Groff attends Temple University Beasley School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Arcadia University.
Kayla Papale attends Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania Western University – Clarion.
Alexander Palka is a student at Widener University Delaware Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University.
