Construction Contracting
We help our clients by reviewing, negotiating, and drafting the various documents utilized in construction projects including, but not limited to, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, joint venture agreements, change orders, insurance and indemnity requirements, consents to assignment, releases, and mechanics’ lien waivers. With our deep knowledge of the construction industry, combined with our experience litigating issues related to contractual language, we create construction documents that fit our clients’ specific needs, minimizing their risk and exposure, and, ultimately, avoiding future disputes. We do so by harnessing our collective knowledge from both our transactional and litigation work with owners, developers, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers giving us a unique perspective on contracting issues. Our goal is to proactively identify potential issues to keep a project on track.
