As a result of decades of experience, we have the extensive knowledge necessary to effect a prompt resolution. Our Group has successfully litigated many Contract Disputes Act claims before the various Boards of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We have substantial experience representing contractors in prime contractor/subcontractor disputes and in Miller Act cases in jurisdictions across the nation, and we regularly litigate bid protests before both the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims.
