Chris guides employers through labor and employment issues including workplace policies, sick leave, discrimination, harassment and hiring/firing practices. He drafts and reviews employee handbooks, conducts legal research and works with clients to minimize potential risks.

Chris has handled a combination of insurance defense and employment law cases and has experience litigating matters from the fact-investigation stage to hearings and settlement negotiations.
