Dylan focuses his practice on construction litigation, representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, and other parties on a wide variety of construction projects. He assists clients on various issues related to environmental regulations, international procurement, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate compliance. Dylan also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts, handling general liability litigation and corporate law matters for industry clients.
Dylan previously worked as in-house counsel in the infrastructure/heavy civil division of the largest cruise shipbuilding company in the world. While there, he worked on a cruise terminal design and build mega-project set to be the largest cruise terminal in North America drafting and negotiating various contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, consultancy agreements, and commercial leases. He also drafted contractual claims and legal correspondences regarding disputes with the developer, county, designers, subcontractors, and various other vendors. Furthermore, Dylan handled a range of legal tasks relating to financing requirements, labor compliance, environmental permits and regulations, insurance, taxes, bonds, and commercial litigation matters.
