Kayla Papale

Kayla supports the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, helping employers navigate a wide range of workplace matters, including employee relations, workplace policies and compliance with evolving employment laws and regulations. She takes a thoughtful, practical approach to helping clients address workplace challenges and manage legal risk.

Kayla has gained valuable legal experience working with law firms throughout Philadelphia, where she conducted case law and statutory research and drafted legal memoranda and briefs. Her experience extends beyond labor and employment matters and includes work involving alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and commercial litigation.

During her time in law school, Kayla was president of Drexel’s ADR Competition Team, and has experience teaching effective arbitration, negotiation and mediation tactics.
