Leigh guides employers through labor and employment issues including workplace policies, sick leave, discrimination, harassment and hiring/firing practices. She drafts and reviews employee handbooks, conducts legal research and works with clients to minimize potential risks.

Before transitioning to a legal career, Leigh accumulated over a decade of experience in human resources where she worked closely with legal counsel to enhance processes and efficiencies within a global talent organization. Throughout her career in human resources, Leigh developed and executed corporate initiatives that aligned legal compliance with business goals, managed global immigration and relocation programs, and spearheaded diversity hiring initiatives.
