Christopher Carusone is speaking on CLE panel discussion hosted by The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The discussion will focus on the distinctions between investigations conducted by State Attorneys General and federal investigations. These differences will include the ways in which grand juries operate, how the State AG uses civil lawsuits, and how the State AG employs outside counsel.
The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is hosting a CLE panel moderated by FCLC Executive Committee Member Mike Low. The panelists, including Christopher Carusone, will highlight the differences between State Attorneys General investigations and federal investigations, including differences in grand jury practice, the State AG’s use of civil lawsuits, and the State AG’s use of outside counsel. The panel of experienced attorneys will address these issues and more!
