NJICLE Family Law Certification Prep Course: Domestic Violence, Evidence Rules, UCCJEA, UIFSEA and URESA

In collaboration with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) New Jersey Chapter, the New Jersey State Bar Association is hosting a full-day course on family law to prepare attorneys for the Matrimonial Certification Exam through the New Jersey Board of Attorney Certification. The speakers are all fellows of the AAML and will provide an insightful overview of the major areas in family law. Carolyn Daly will present on UCCJEA, UIFSEA, and URESA, while Sean Gaynor will cover Domestic Violence and Evidence Rules, sharing practical guidance drawn from their extensive experience in family law.
