In the federal contracting context, dispute resolution requires extensive knowledge of federal procurement law and a willingness to learn about clients’ particular business models. We take the time to get to know our clients and make sure we understand their objectives.
As a result of decades of experience, we have the extensive knowledge necessary to effect a prompt resolution. Our Group has successfully litigated many Contract Disputes Act claims before the various Boards of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We have substantial experience representing contractors in prime contractor/subcontractor disputes and in Miller Act cases in jurisdictions across the nation, and we regularly litigate bid protests before both the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims.
