    Misrepresentation

To demonstrate misrepresentation a contractor is required to show that the government’s representation was erroneous, material, and induced the contractor to enter the contract, that the contractor had a right to rely on the representation and did rely on the representation. Edwards v. United States, 19 Cl. Ct. 663 (1990).
