Marc Furman and Evan Blaker will be presenting at the 2025 Construction Legal Summit hosted by the Associated Builders & Contractors New Jersey Chapter.
Marc will lead a session titled How to Keep the Job Going in the Face of Labor Disputes. This presentation will cover the use of a Reserved Gate system, the elements needed to seek injunctive relief, any possible causes of action at the NLRB, and practical advice for getting the job done and staying out of court.
Evan will present Practical Training for Successful Construction Project Management. In this session, he will review everyday scenarios in the field, how to respond, and the ramifications of responding incorrectly.
