Court of Appeals for the Federal Court
The decision of either the board of contract appeals, or the court may be appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the federal circuit by filing an appeal within 120 days of receipt of the decision. The Court of Appeals does not hold a new trial, however, and only hears argument by the lawyers as to alleged errors of law, or findings not supported by the record.
